There's cotton in deodorant now. I'll give it a shot, but I'm skeptical.I ripped out the Fleece Artist sock, made a much nicer picot edge, and tried to spice up the sock with Mata Hari again. But I don't like it. I'm going to rip it back and go with plain stockinette stitch.

I think you were right when you said, in response to Erin's comment in September, that you thought Mata Hari would work best with a solid color and a thinner yarn.
My hat is very warm. With the lighter side out, it fits snugly but does not pop off my head. And my sunset socks, while not suitable for outdoor wear when it's 14 degrees, are wonderfully comfortable and comforting when worn indoors.
Cotton in deodorant? Weird.
Just long ago for me to forget.
