Umm . . . are you working on WMD?
I just say "_____-related program activities" a lot and wanted to provide an explanation so people don't think I'm crazy. I'm making fun of the president!
Oh, duh. I missed that one. (Skipped the State of the Union speech, too.)
Well I don't watch them, either. But I guess I heard about that insane phrase after the fact because so many people were making fun of it.
