Cripes, seven months. And I'm only here now to post my gold medal in the Knitting Olympics.


Although plain socks aren't a huge challenge for me in and of themselves, I did think I'd have a hard time finishing them in 17 days. Before casting on for this project, I hadn't knit so much as a stitch in 2010. I barely finished in time, but here they are, my first completed socks in who knows how long.
